Final level of SCA Brewing category.
We will approach coffee brewing in a more scientific manner to understand navigation of the coffee brewing chart.
We will look at:
scientific approach to measuring brewed coffee quality
Navigating the brew using Coffee brewing chart
Deeper look into quality of water and it’s impact to coffee quality
developing the analytical mind to manipulate variables to control quality
Practical and Theory exam will be completed at the end of this course after which you will receive an internationally recognised certification from SCA!
