Build up your espresso skills!
This course builds on the knowledge and skills learnt in the Foundation level Barista Skills course.
You will gain a better understanding of how coffee’s origin, varietal, and process can affect your brewed espresso characteristics but also, the desired dose, grind size, and their interaction during the dialling in process.
You will also, build on drinks standard, milk quality, as well as latte art.

There will be practical and theory exams at the end of the course after which you will receive an internationally recognised certification from SCA!
